In Ecuador, artisanal alluvial gold mining is generally carried out on the banks of rivers, which brings with it a number impacts environment that can be classified as negative, and among included generation effluents, deforestation primary forests, atmospheric emissions, polluting solid waste establishment communities without sanitation services.
